REFUND POLICY

At Kinley Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we specialize in recycled OEM parts, we follow a clear Refund & Returns Policy to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting both the buyer and our business.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the part is covered by a warranty or is found to be defective upon delivery.

  • The part must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without tampering or disassembly.

  • All returns require prior authorization from Kinley Auto Parts. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling or installation.

  • Electrical components (unless explicitly covered by warranty).

  • Labor, shipping, or installation costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once a return is authorized and the item is received back, it will be inspected.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit or replacement parts may be offered as an alternative.

5. Shipping Costs on Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective part supplied by Kinley Auto Parts.

  • Freight returns must be arranged securely on a pallet, just as delivered.

6. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty coverage is specific to the part purchased and will be provided in writing at the time of sale.

  • All warranty claims must follow the conditions outlined in the warranty agreement.

  • Labor or incidental costs related to installation, downtime, or vehicle damage are not covered.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging to support your claim.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
