SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received and verified.
Some parts may require additional inspection or preparation before dispatch. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

2. Shipping Methods

Freight Shipping (Engines, Transmissions & Large Components): Shipped on pallets via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers. Liftgate services may be available for an extra charge.
Standard Shipping (Smaller Components): Certain items may ship via ground services such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and carrier schedules.
Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on part size, weight, and destination.
All charges will be communicated and confirmed before order processing.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas, limited-access locations, or residential delivery requiring liftgate service.

5. Receiving Your Shipment

Someone must be present at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Before signing, inspect all packaging and products for visible damage.
Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Kinley Auto Parts within 24 hours. Failure to do so may affect claims for shipping damages.

6. Damages & Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
Please note that installation, labor, or downtime costs are not covered under shipping claims.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipments may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for availability and quotes.

8. Updates to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future orders.
